Plus side:
-Reservation honored and on time
-Clumsy but homey, caring service
Negative side:
-Too small a portion
-Too high a price
-Food not hot enough
-Food not cold enough
Neighborhood type of resto serving sort of Italian cuisine.
Portions are geared to the perpetually overfed Westmounter.
If you are a robust eater don't count on this joint to fill you up.
Service was caring and genuinely wanted to please but a bit clumsy and out of time.
Some of the food was served in the danger zone, temps above 40 degrees Fahrenheit and below 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
Inadequate ventilation. The back of the resto was continually enveloped in a haze of cooking smoke.
Menu on web site does not match menu in resto.
Lose the web site or keep it updated.
Chicken in lemon sauce would have failed as a dish prepared for a review at any culinary institute.
And why would it have failed?
It contained no lemon in the sauce.
