Hamburger Steak in the Bay Area

Are there any old establishments in the Bay Area that serve a really killer hamburger steak; juicy and rare, with mounds of charred grilled onions and suateed mushrooms, fluffy mashed potatoes, canned peas, and smothered in brown gravy? I noticed that Sam's has a salisbury steak with mushroom sauce, but that's not really the same thing...

    Tough to find canned peas anyplace except for a humble, little diner.

            I ordered that at Westlake Joe's on Wed.No Potatoes,it was HUGE.

              Original Joe's has one on the menu, whether it matches that description I don't know. Marin Joe's and Westlake Joe's probably do too.
