Best place to buy large (1 gallons or more) "bulk" or fill containers of fluoride free water in Eastbay?

I guess it has to be Spring water or reverse osmosis,would prefer spring water.

Most of the big box stores that do grocery have a couple of kinds of purified water.
You could start by calling them.
ie: Target, Costco etc.......
