Tamarind Paste vs. tamarind concentrate

Im looking to make a batch of Pad Thai over the weekend, and couldn't find tamarind paste, but rather concentrate. Is there a particular ratio I would use for paste vs. concentrate?

    I don't know if this is too late since it's no longer the weekend technically, but I use them roughly interchangeably -- by which I mean you'd be mixing the paste with water then straining the solids out until you end up with something resembling the concentrate anyway, so that stands to reason. You'd need enough paste to equal a certain measure of concentrate, once strained.
