i have been making pickles a whole lot.. and been pickling chile's specifically.
Do i have to throw away my left over brine? or can i reuse? maybe add a little for flavoring etc?

I would boil any brine you've kept in the fridge for any length of time, first. I see no reason why you can't reuse it if you treat it properly.
