Looking for another breakfast spot in Jacksonville, east of the St. Johns River

We've been here three years now and have some favorite spots for breakfast; but it's time for something diffferent -- Marti's Back Porch, Eileen's, the little Soul Food place in the blue house in Mayport and the bagel place on Beach near InterCoastal, are tried and true. Didn't care for Over the Ditch, Grinder's on Atlantic, or Secret Garden. We need something else to choose from -- that opens at 9 or 10 a.m. at the latest, has tasty food (wow for properly prepared eggs -- no lace), waitstaff that would like you to be there, a place to sit down, more than just some bakery items, and maybe even something different or outstanding -- any type of breakfast is worth trying. We are near Ft. Caroline but will drive for breakfast. Any suggestions?

I like all three. Interesting that all three of these have 2nd locations on San Jose Blvd South of 295.

Beach Diner, on Atlantic (there are a few other locations I think). The fish and grits are pretty great!
