Aldea or Hearth?

Has anyone recently been to these restaurants? Trying to decide between the two.

Aldea - get a seat at the counter and see everything being cooked right in front of you. Food is great and really inventive. Space and vibe is good too - casual but still cool.

Hearth is a little stuffy but I haven't been in a looong time. I'd actually heard that it has improved tremendously recently. Hearth isn't rustic - it's rustic chic. The food is much more formal than Aldea (to me anyway).

I haven't been to Aldea but gave up on Hearth after a really mediocre experience the last time I went. So if it were up to me, I'd try Aldea.

Food at Hearth are better prepared with carefully-chosen ingredients. Better wine list too.

My choice would be Aldea, but both restaurants are good. Aldea is fussier than Hearth, so it would depend on whether you want rustic or contemporary.
