Manhatten with Food Allergies!

I'm going to be in the area of 42nd & 9th on Sunday and I'm looking for some good, allergy safe lunch recs. My list includes peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, mushrooms, strawberries, pineapple, raspberries, cauliflower, grapes, and no dairy/lactose. Hoping for somewhere not touristy (tough I'm sure) where people will be willing to work with my pain in the backside limitations! Than you for any suggestions you have!

Not sure how nice of a place you are looking for but not too long ago we had lunch at Vynl on 51st & 9th with our friends who have 2 kids with severe allergies...peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, wheat, eggs. I would think you could find something on the menu there.

Can you help us help you a bit? What types of restaurants generally work with your restrictions? I see no dairy/lactose and think asian, but the no peanuts/treenuts/sesame has me rethinking that. How close to 42nd and 9th do you need to be? is a short subway ride or cab okay?

Esca could work as long as you avoid the pasta and stick to the grilled items and crudos.
