Tempura, Chester county or main line?

I am already familiar with Morimoto, though I don't get there anywhere near enough.

In Chester County, I love Masamoto, but they just don't do tempura. So now, I ask: Are there other Japanese places that pay attention to the quality of their tempura, preferably in Chester County, but any main line location considered.
