I'm researching the same thing. I found this thread...although they'd mentioned Astelena (which I'd been to before - excellent), whose site says it's closed Mondays :-\

Bar Astelena doesn't have a web site, but should be open on Monday. Restaurante Astelena is the one with the web site.
