ISO stracchino cheese in GTA

Preferably downtown. Have tried Whole Foods, Pusateri's, Fiesta Farms, All the Best.

If Quality cheese doesnt have it, try Grande Cheese down the street. Stracchino cheese is actually not that difficult to find in Woodbridge :)

Maybe try St Lawrence Market -- specialty cheesemongers plus a place with alot of Italian cheeses and oils there (found ricotta bufala there, which was amazing!).

I know its not downtown but Quality Cheese in Vaughan (Hwy7+Weston) has really fresh stracchino (along with burrata, bufala mozzarella, ricotta, etc). The price: $5 for the stracchino!

I work 2 minutes away and this place has become a regular spot for me. Also tons of 'direct from italy' products.

Fantastic! I have to go to Vaughan this weekend so will definitely stop by.

Best to call in advance it seems. They didn't have any, was told the batch for the week didn't work out. But the still warm fresh ricotta was great. Didn't find the variety of Italian products inspiring but the deli meat and cheese selection was decent.

h2o, if you are ever back in Vaughan, I suggest that you go back to Quality Cheese and try the buffalo ricotta or their burrata or mozzarelle. They really are quite good.
                Enjoy!
