Shrimp display for Asian luncheon

I'm new to a gourmet lunch group and need ideas for presenting an Asian Shrimp appetizer. I don't want to just load the shrimp and a platter with the dipping sauce.......I need some creative ideas!! Any pictures would be very helpful!!

Just a friendly thought that you might get more responses if you posted this on the Home Cooking board! Also, maybe specify theme, allergies, what "gourmet" means in this situation, number of people eating, size of platter, etc....
