I know that Trafalgar has a spring seasonal that they call a Maple Bock and is flavoured with maple syrup. It is a post-fermentation flavouring though.

Thanks Carruthers, I did see that beer and I am looking forward to trying it. A splash of maple syrup makes anything better, even beer ! It sure would be great to find a real Sap Beer to try though.
Interestingly, I noticed that the Vermont brewer (Saxton's River Distillery) also makes a Maple Syrup Liqueur. The LCBO is now carrying a similar poroduct from Sortilège in Quebec that is getting rave reviews. May also be worth a try..
