Oasis brand makes a Zero Fat "Mediterranean Medley" Hoummus.
It is seriously good.
"Mediterranean Medley" is made with chick peas and sweet peppers, onions and other veggies instead of oil. 2 tbsp had 18 calories and zero fat. 2 tbsp regular hummus has 70 calories, mostly form olive oil.
I ate the entire 10 oz. tub with jicama sticks- a whopping 180 calories.

The recipe uses a smoker but if you use liquid smoke instead it becomes a very easy recipe. They are amazingly delicious.

Also goat cheese on anything makes a great snack - goat cheese has a lot less fat and sodium (generally) than cow's milk cheese. You can find great soft spreadable kinds.
The old standby of apples and pb -just a little pb goes a long way
