Maine with Food Allergies!

Good morning! Looking for some great breakfast, lunch & dinner recs from some fellow allergic foodies out there. When I'm in Maine I stay in Ocean Park but love spending time out and all over and would love to not have to cook/pack every meal! My list includes peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, mushrooms, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, cauliflower, grapes, and no lactose. I like my food on the healthier side but any and all suggestions will be appreciated! Thank you!!

i think most places might be willing to accommodate those particular allergies, if they know in advance. a few spots you might try are federal spice, pepperclub (both in portland) and earth at hidden pond in kennebunkport. they are known for being sensitive to those with allergies. hope this helps and good luck! let us know what you try and how you like it.
