Having a birthday party for my husband, not a big cake guy but like blueberry pie. Who makes good pies in Phoenix? I would like to get 5 different kinds for the party.

  1. Road trip it out to the I-17 north of Anthem to Rock Springs Cafe..
One of the best pie places with a myriad of choices and an excellent blueberry and blackberry pie.

    1. I have no personal experience, but, assuming you're not too far from Arcadia, I would look into:

Ooh, now that one looks promising. Even the Rock Springs Cafe pies aren't up to my standards (not bad, but mine are definitely better). Thanks for the tip!

That was my favorite at the Pie Social last year. Her crust was especially awesome.

        2. You might want to try Mamma Toledo:

I've had some excellent pie from the Mamma Toledo food truck at the Downtown Phoenix Public Market, and it looks like pies area available for delivery.

          1. The Farm at South Mountain makes amazing pies - best Pecan and Pumpkin I have ever had (not cheap around 25-30) but excellent

Call them to see what other kinds they can make - their dried cherry bread pudding is pretty amazing as well

If they are still open, Marie Calendars has the best pies in my opinion.

            2. I highly recommend Honeymoon Sweets in Tempe. You can check out their website, and see the different varieties. I've never been disappointed with any of their desserts.

You might try Bakers Square, they claim to have award winning pies. They do have Blueberry and they have 17 locations around the Phoenix area.

I like their pies - although i think the pecan and pumpkin are better at The Farm vs Bakers Square - usually got those are xmas and thanksgiving back in the midwest from Bakers Square
