Help! Looking for a roof top bar Miami South Beach !?!

Hello Peoples!

Help! My boss told me to find the best roof-top bar in South Beach...ok...I have noooo idea where to start so I thought I would ask you. Loud, fun, upscale...over the top is good. He is staying at the Loews, so somewhere around there would be good but they can always take a cab...
