Vodka Sauce

I bought vodka sauce and used it on spaghetti. I was not excited with the taste and I am wondering if I can use it in another recipe or another way to enhance the taste of the sauce.

  1. I used store bought vodka sauce over stuffed shells that had been stuffed with cooked ground turkey, sautéed onions and mushrooms and thawed frozen spinach squeezed dry all mixed with ricotta. It was very good and there were so many flavors to spice it up!

      Thank you for your response. I just made eggollant parmesean and used the vodka sauce instead of marinara.

    2. Toss with cooked ravioli and fresh basil, top with cheese and bake.

      A quick, indulgent meal.

        Thanks for the suggestion. Got basil growing on my windowsill in the kitchen.
