I just read about this place online - would it be good for spec dinner for 8-10 is it cramped or really noisy on sat nite? Parking a challenge?

FWIIW, I was there two years ago this week. Parking on the street, within walking distance on side streets, is the better option. It is not a huge space but with advance notice, they should be able to make room. I was there on a Thursday, early, so Saturday night may be a different bag. I avoid going out Saturday nights for just that reason - you rarely catch the restaurant at its best as they are slammed with orders from 6:30 on...
