Pittsburgh- Sunday Nite?

Planned what now seems to be a foolish three day weekend for Sunday-Tuesday, foolish in that many places seem to be closed Sunday and Monday. Any reccomendations specifically for Sunday night? Would be ok to spend a little that night since it will be our only real evening out, but I'm digging the BYOB sense in town!

Root 174 is open Sunday's - one of my favorite places in the Burgh and also a great BYO (great craft beer selection across the street at D's 6pack & dogs).

A few weeks ago I was also looking for a place open on Sunday, and I remember the gastropub Meat and Potatoes (http://meatandpotatoespgh.com/index.html) was one of the few places that fit the bill. I haven't actually been there, but it's gotten good reviews and seems like a good place if you like meat.

      edit: It's open 4pm - 9pm on Sundays
