Kosher Food at Atlanta Airport (TIMELY!)

Looks like my mom will have to hang out there for about 9 hours today. Any vending machines? Any insights?

AdinaA has a good idea. Weinstein5 is also correct. There are no dedicated kosher facilities there. I live in Atlanta and if I have to be there for any period of time, I bring my own. Hope your mom has a great trip, sorry for the layover.

like most airports in the US the best you will find is either fresh fruit or packaged items with a hechsher like chips, nuts and the like - ,

Does she really have to? I mean, with a 9 hour layover, she could get in a taxi, have a nice meal, and do something fun in Atlanta.
