Hey guys,
Here's my final list. Please advise on add on and drops. I appreciate the past advise. I will write a full report upon my return.

Sheesh, did you win the lottery or something? You are going to drop some serious coin on food! My sole piece of advice for Monday is to bring a book with you to both Hopdoddy and Barley Swine, as the waits can be pretty long. Also, I would swap out Contigo for Foreign & Domestic, but I am sure that puts me in the minority among Austin's fooderati.

I'm pretty sure you'd be pleased with your eating experiences with this list. I also love @ssouth's Lenoir suggestion and @chrisdds98's Carillon suggestion, but I honestly don't know what I'd replace with them. I personally would choose Lenoir and/or Carillon over some of the others on your list under some circumstances (for example, for days when standing around and waiting for a table wasn't acceptable, or when I wanted a quieter dinner and didn't want to have to shout over the din), but not others. It just depends on the leanings of your palate and what sort of atmosphere you're going for.

Looks like you have most of the top spots in town. The only new place missing is Lenoir. I haven't had a chance to try it yet but I've linked a review of one of the former newspaper food critics.
I have no idea which one to replace but I thought I'd mention it.
