Freezing garlic?
I bought one of those giant containers of peeled garlic from the korean grocery store and after a few weeks the whole container became moldy. The container was cheap but I was so mad that I had to throw away so much good food.
Is there a way to freeze garlic properly?

Not sure what you mean by "properly".
But yes you can freeze garlic; usu., the best way is to use an air tight container, or a ziplock freezer type bag.
That said, frozen garlic once defrosted will never be as flavorful or pungent as fresh, and some of the texture will have deteriorated.
