Held off from posting after our first visit to make sure this was repeatedly good, and yes it is. Lots of sushi nearby on the beach but the food here stands out. Why? Toro, bluefin, bigeye sashimi prepared perfectly melt in your mouth; amaebi, anago, Unagi, hirugai nigiri excellently prepared. Perfect shrimp tempura handroll - wow simple is soooo much better! Nice space on Gulf Blvd. My concerns both times concern the new staff, as they are not restaurant trained and the lack of visibility to the Itamae on all but 4 seats. Both visits (Fri and Sat) there were maybe 20 customers. I've posted other places we visit for sushi, but this one is a keeper for now.
