Vietnam Palace tonight, any suggestions?
We are working our way through the better Chinatown restaurants, and VP is on the docket tonight.
When we went to Rangoon a few months ago, we did very well with a suggestion (from this board) of the thousand layer bread. Thanks to whoever made that suggestion.
So, we are trying again. Are there any standouts at VP that anyone would like to share. TIA

I ****love**** VP - it's one of my favorites in Chinatown. The Vermicelli Combo is my go-to dish and you get the grape leaves are on that, along with Charbroiled chicken, shrimp, meatballs and spring roll. Their spring rolls are great, and also the fresh tofu rolls with my vegetarian friends always get. My SO loves the Crepe stuffed with shrimp, chicken, bean sprout & onions.

I'm not a big fan of Vietnam Palace but I did like their stuffed grape leaves. I much prefer Le Viet, just north of Washington Ave. on 11th st.
