Recommendations for fabulous food in Kennebunkport

We are heading to Kennebunkport for the weekend. As we've never been to the area, we'd love recommendations on fabulous places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We're happy to consider places in all price ranges, as our primary goal is to find delicious food. We'd even be willing to drive to Portland for lunch or dinner one day, as we know their restaurant scene is supposed to be wonderful. Thanks for your help!

My favorites include On the Marsh and White Barn Inn for dinner in Kennebunkport.

bandaloop and pier 77 are both great choices, the latter having some amazing views of cape porpoise.

For a number of years we would do On the Marsh one night and the White Barn Inn on the next. While the White Barn Inn is indeed flawless, I found myself looking forward to the evening at On the Marsh more...

I've dome both The White Barn Inn & On The Marsh, and I keep coming back to On The Marsh. A lot less stuffy & relaxing (it helps we know one of the waiters), plus your tab is about 1/2 of what you yould pay at The White Barn, with food that's just as good.

the clam shack has great lobster rolls -- lots of lobster, melted butter on a toasted roll.

Just back from Kennebunkport last weekend. The Clam Shack does indeed have a fabulous lobster roll. That being said, WonderWoman and I have a different sense of what a lot of lobster is. For $17, I did expect something more substantial, as I could have eaten 3 of them. Don't get me wrong, it was great. Possibly the best I've had. Just not a lot of lobster.

The Clam Shack also has the best fried clams, fried shrimp and fried scallops anywhere. I feel they give a good amount of lobster in the lobster roll, but I can also see how someone could eat three of them. They are delicious. I feel the Clam Shack should be included in a culinary adventure in Kennebunkport.
