Favorite dinner ideas with Costco's Tru Roots Sprouted Bean Trio?
My hubby purchased a bag of this sprouted bean trio a while back and tonight is the perfect night for me to try something with it because I have a sick baby and very little time in the kitchen since she is soo clingy. I was thinking along the lines of a stew or chili and have no problem just making something up however if anyone has a recipe idea they would like to share I truly appreciate your ideas.

I don't have a recipe but I'm pleased to hear that Costco has something like this -- I'm an avid sprouter. Are they freshly sprouted or have they been dried after sprouting ( I checked their website but couldn't quite tell)? Where did you find them at your Costco?
I'm sure you know already but they cook quicker than unsprouted beans. A tomato-ey stew or chicken-broth based soup with greens would be tasty.
Edited: Ah, I did a bit more research and see they have been dried. :)

I'm not sure the exact location at my Costco since DH purchased them for me but I'm thinking they are probably located near the dried rice and beans section. Yes, I'm pretty excited that Costco is carrying these as well. My sister has been using the for quite sometime but has only experimented with side dishes thus far and I'm thinking more along the lines of of one pot meal tonight. I never purchased them before ( I think they've been stocking them at my local Costco for 1-2 years now) because I always soak everything in a whey solution for 12-24 hours and have been meaning to start sprouting but never got around to it so in my mind it was a waist of money but now that I have it I am justifying that it is money better spent for a quick family meal instead of fast food or some other unhealthy concoction.

Sounds like a tasty soup. That mix would work well in a salad with a lime-y vinaigrette, chopped shallot and celery, shreds of romaine or other lettuce, chopped olives, chopped tomatoes, (soaked) chopped nuts. What did your sister make with it?
(And when you've finished that bag, eventually you can try sprouting your own -- tastes better because you grew it. :)
