Best tasting store bought bruchetta....
Having an outdoor party of about 50 people....I can make this myself...by I am making so many other things....can anyone suggest great tasting pre-made or store bought bruchetta? Please include budget buys in the mix (if there are any...)

I think it's kind of hard to buy it assembled in advance (or much in advance) because it can get soggy so quickly. But Trader Joe's used to carry bruschetta "topping" in their deli section. That way you just had to put it on the bread at the last minute. I've done this for large parties. I usually toast the bread before hand (sometimes the day before) with oil and then keep it in a large ziplock bag.
You can also just put it on bread...without the toasting...if you're really in a time bind. Not as authentic, but still good...... -
