Sansai ramen in Vancouver?

Does anybody know of a place that serves ramen with sansai (mountain vegetables)? They used to have it at Gyoza King but it came off the menu a few years ago, to the great sadness of the mister, who just loves the savoury dark green and bamboo bits. I've tried several ramen places (Kintaro, Motomachi Shokudo, Menya, Benkei, etc.) but have never seen it. I'm starting to think I'll have better luck with the kitchen at a sushi place.

That may be the case. The only place I've seen them in Vancouver is at the late lamented Kimura, alas.

I only ever did the omakase at Kimura so I missed it! I hope he re-opens somewhere soon.

In my googling, I did read that Kiriri in Richmond has a sansai soup, so maybe I could ask them to do a ramen version. That place has some pretty good reviews and I'd like to try it out regardless.
