Any South bay caterer or Mexican restaurant could probably help you -- even the ones that specialize in lumpia. One in which I could do and have it turn out great. Especially since I purchased one of the new large grills from Costco. It rocks! I just don't want to do it though...at least not for 70 or so. I would not be able to enjoy any margaritas! It's always hard to find a place that can do home cooking well. Carnitas uruapan will basically sell you what you want (xlb per person) just as on their regular menu. I might do that and have my parent's pick it up on their way since they are coming from Mt. Helix. I've thought about El Indio since it's in the neighborhood but I am not a big fan of theirs. To me it doesn't taste like home cooking. I will probably have El Cuervo do most everything but the carnitas and the tortillas. Tortillas will be freshly made...I can taste them now. You might check out Tortillería Gabriel on Imperial near 17th for your tortillas. And if you need pan dulce for anything, go to Panchita's at Broadway and C.
