Afternoon Tea in Switzerland

I'm looking for recommendations for a traditional afternoon tea in any of the following: Zermatt, Lugano, St. Moritz, Interlaken or Lucerne.

    can't beat the Victoria Jungfrau in Interlaken. They even serve cold milk (rather than Kaffeerahm) with the tea without being asked. They may even have wafer-thin, crustless cucumber sandwiches...

      Mmm...sounds delicious. (I had to google "Kaffeerahm" - interesting concept.)
