A recipe I have says "hard flour" and then "whole wheat". Can I replace whole wheat or partial of both with something else, say semolina flour, or corn flour?
if you change flour, the amount of water usually changes along with a bunch of other things. It will be easier to find a recipe for semolina bread if you want to bake with semolina flour.
