Private Dining for Two in Ottawa

Hello fellow Chowhounders - I'm a longtime lurker, first time poster. Anyway, I was wondering if you could suggest any private dining rooms in Ottawa. I'm looking to propose to my long time girlfriend, and would love to do it in a romantic setting befitting of the occasion. Any ideas? My plan was to also hire a musician to play in the background while we enjoyed our meal, although I don't know how realistic that combination is. Thanks!
