I caught the last few minutes of this show -- and was intrigued by the meal that was served to Aaron Sanchez(?) -- a big ham-like chunk of beef? A stack of bone marrow was involved. Looked amazing and wonder if it's a made-for-TV item or can be special-ordered by regular diners.

Thank you -- I'm sure that's it -- although I must say that the leg on the show was waaay bigger than the one wineguy had! Must have been the camera angle!
