5 new food trucks for this summer
Good news for street food fans, 5 new food trucks will open this summer! Like Grumman, they will be in various festival around the city. The list :
Pas d'cochon dans mon salon
> Qui: Samuel Pinard (chef de La salle à manger) et les cuisiniers Jean-Sébastien Thomas, Julien Hébert Bouchard et Samuel Fortier-Auclair
> Spécialité: sandwichs au porc effiloché (pulled-pork)
Lucky's
> Qui: deux ex de la restauration «conventionnelle»
> Spécialités: sandwichs gourmets de viande braisée et effilochée, salades, sauce BBQ et desserts maison
Crêpe-moi
> Qui: Jihane Boutros, messagère à vélo et crêpière
> Menu: crêpes salées et sucrées
Nouveau Palais
> Qui: restaurant Nouveau Palais, rue Bernard
> Spécialité: burgers
La mangeoire
> Qui: un cuisinier de plateau et une maquilleuse convertie en «foodtrucker»
> Spécialités: huit types de sandwichs gourmets, une spécialité du mois influencée par les produits locaux saisonniers, croustilles de légumes racines cuits dans le gras de canard, sucreries et boissons maison

according to casualdining column, montreal gazetteGrumman truck: It will be at a monthly street food gathering at the Olympic Stadium (it’s called First Fridays, and the next one is June 1), it has a permit to park in Émilie-Gamelin Park near the Quartier des Spectacles, and the Grumman team is overseeing the food and beverage services for this year’s edition of Just for Laughs festival.
