Rocotillo "Puerto Rican" peppers

I have been searching for fresh rocotillo peppers in the DC area. These have a flying saucer shape, almost like the pepper version of a paddy pan squash. Some people call these Puerto Rican peppers ; however there is a lot of variety in names and identification. These is a picture on the wiki site for the pepper. I think the peppers are grown in West Africa and the Carribean. I have bought them in Tampa and Atlanta. They tend to show up in international markets or possibly a Hispanic market. Any sightings in DC or Baltimore.
