Restaurants that take bar seating reservations?

I'm looking for restaurants that have bar seating and allow for reservations at those bar seats. An example would be "Degustation" (they're actually bar only).

Ideally it would below 30th. "Extra-ideally" it would be on the west side below 30th. But I'm open to other areas.

Atera has the same setup as Degustation, Momofuku Ko, and Brooklyn Fare. I haven't been to Atera yet but It's on my shortlist.

I think what you mean is "counter seating" not "seats at the bar" which is usually first come, first served?

Any top tier sushi place will allow you to request the sushi counter (15 East, Yasuda, etc).

Just read on here that brushstroke has an 8 seat sushi bar now.

North End Grill has a large kitchen counter too. You can request it when you reserve.

Aldea (17th St., b/t 5th & 6th) has a half dozen seats at the counter with a close-up view of the kitchen. I'm pretty sure you can make a reservation to be seated there.
