Victors Felafel

Stopped by today and thought I'd give it a try. It was tasty and satisfying with plenty of baked felafel, contrary to previous posts. Had it with hummus and hot peppers.

They actually closed for a while and apparently re-opened a little while ago. I pass by there every morning on the way to work and noticed they looked open again. Trufflehound, are you sure they bake their falafel? Never heard of that...only familiar with the fried version. What style is it (Israeli in a pocket, or Lebanese rollup? Highly spiced?)?

He seemed to go out of his way to mention they were baked. I mentioned when I've baked them they don't cook through but these had no raw bean taste.
They had decent spice to them. I would have liked a little more. He crumbled 2 eggs size balls and rolled them with hummus and a little salad.

The place on Route 9 in Natick next to the Hess? Wow, if they have survived this long based on the food/service alone I am impressed.
