went to pao's in lakeway for only the second time.. had teh twice cooked pork (the chinese version). Out of this world good. they use pork belly instead of generic pork tenderlion like the americanized version used. it was spicy but not deadly hot. Ive eaten twice cooked pork in NY,chicago and austin and this was the best Ive ever had.

LOVE the dim sum on weekends, but living in East Austin, we don't make it out there as much as we should. But highly recommended!

Love that place. I was crushed when they closed their downtown location.
