Unable to see videos with AdBlock turned on

I've been trying off and on throughout the day to watch a few videos on Chow and the video keeps giving me the same message: The video you have requested is either unavailable or is being blocked by an ad blocker installed in your browser.

Yes, I use AdBlock. But MANY people use AdBlock and I'm curious to know why I'm having this problem? Or has it gotten to the point where if one wants to view video content I'm being forced to endure ads as a trade? I tried messing with the settings of AdBlock Pro, but it hasn't helped.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

What browser and version of Ad block are you using? I use Chrome and actually have the CatBlock version and have no issues watching the videos here.

I am using the plain vanilla Ad Block 2.5. The pro did not work so well for me. And now that I have the April fool's version of it, it's very fun.
