Recommendation for last day in SF/Napa?

Hi everyone - this board has been invaluable in helping me plan my SF and Napa itinerary for this upcoming weekend.... but I'm left trying to figure out what to do on our last day in the area. We will be eating our way through SF Friday afternoon - Monday morning, and then heading to Napa for winery tours on Monday, staying in Yountville Monday evening. We leave late Tuesday night out of SFO.

So my question is: what should we do on Tuesday? We have a car that's being returned to SFO, and generally prefer to not go back into the city or spend another day at wineries (since that won't be much fun for me, the DD!) Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

I will be sure to file a trip report after the weekend, so that I can share whatever we manage to squeeze in with fellow 'hounds!

  1. If I had a car to return to SFO, I'd be tempted to try out one of the dimsum places out Millbrae way (myriad threads on this board) as it seems it would be easier to get to them by car. But I haven't been to any of them, alas, as we always BART to the airport.

    1. Manresa in Los Gatos. Zip down 280, early dinner and back up 280 to where ever you return the car.

      1. Check out Mill Valley. Drive or hike around Mt Tam and Muir Woods. Drive the shore out to Stinson Beach. Green gulch farm. Hang out in the square at Depot coffee shop and book store. Lunch at Deangelos. This will really get you off beat and path and a relaxing refreshing last day.
