Five and Five, or Five by Five in San Clemente (???)

There was a restaurant by this name or a similar name in San Clemente.

And it's not to be confused with Five Feet.

This was a tiny restaurant, I think about a half mile to a mile of the freeway, in a nondescript mini-mall and it was not within shouting distance of the beach.

Sadly, I checked up Google, and nothing showed up with that search.
