One Dinner in Denver, Aurora, or Boulder

I am in the Denver, Aurora, and Boulder area for work this week. I need some help for 1 dinner. I've narrowed my choices to the following:

Fruition
Frasca Food and Wine
Rioja

Assuming budget is no limit, which one would you pick? Any places that I should consider besides the 3 choices above?

Has anyone been to Olivea? How is the food there?

can't go wrong with any of them, though I have never eaten at Fruition.
