        I think DougRisk was just commenting on the abbreviated Telegraph list. It's are to cite numbers 27 & 28 on a list of 20.

              interesting that 2 of the three in CA are not in a major city, although not far away either.

                How can Mugaritz be the third best restaurant in the world when it's not even the third best restaurant in its city?
