Best cafes in Stockholm?

From what I understand, Stockholm is a great town for coffee. Where are some of the best cafes to enjoy a cup of joe?

    Sosta Jakobsbergsgatan 5 is a coffe place like in Italy you drink standing.
    Kafé Esaias at drottninggatan is also good.
    Johan & Nyström at Swedenborgsgatan 7at Södermalm is also good for coffee.
