Has anyone been to Cravings, the new place near Wall St, yet? Any firsthand feedback? Thanks.

I have now gone a few times. They are still working out their customer service and kinks like that. Sandwiches are not good. Everyone is raving about the pizza. Have yet to try it. Sushi never looks fresh.

The yogurt is ok, not enough flavors or toppings. Their flavor twists are odd choices - like mint choco chip and caramel combined.

I haven't been impressed with the pizza. The crust was soft, but the crust of the crust was missing that crunch that you should get from a good pizza oven. Also, the pizzas are all personal and made to order which is good for freshness but means $9 min and a longer wait for lunch.

Has anyone been to Cravings post-Sandy ? Are they open ? I've tried calling but no one picks up the phone.

I've been several times post Sandy. They are open, and suffered no damage. I do know that their phone and internet was out immediatly after the storm.

actually i was there last night , they are now open Saturday night as well, and the the manager abder, is using his cell phone to take orders and catering orders as well the number is 917-974-3533 . i must say the food is better then ever post sandy

Note to self- don't go between 12-1. Place was packed and service was slow, but the food was very good. When I left at 1:30 it was empty, so I'll definitely go later next time, but a good new option in the area.

reminded me of Circa. Had a taste of the veggie pizza. It was pretty good. My Greek sandwich didn't live up to the description, but the bread was amazing. Overall, I'm pretty excited to have another option.

Was there for lunch today. Not everything on the menu is available yet.
Had a "Pizza Alla Vodka" - fantastic!

Went by there yesterday and spoke to the owners. Also got to look through their menu. They are opening next Tuesday. There will be a cholov yisrael self-serve yogurt place (also opening on Tuesday) attached to it.

The menu included paninis, sandwiches, pizza, salads, and sushi. All at surprisingly reasonable prices for the neighborhood.

The space looks very bright and clean.

They are in fact open today. I got the quattro formaggi personal pizza. I'm eating it now and its fantastic.

After eating just one piece they have my vote for best kosher pizza in New York.

Brooklyn Yogurt Factory doesn't appear to be functional yet, though it IS there. I'm going to have to try this place one of these days!

It's the old Goodfellas. Might just be a new name.

It was never open. The name was changed from Godfellas to Cravings in development.
