Best Brownie in NYC

I know it's sacrilege to deny the wonderfulness of Fat Witch and their splendiferous brownies, however, I think there may be a new brownie queen in town: Prodigy Coffee on Carmine.

Thoughts, Chowhounders?

i think fat witch is too cakey and not chocolate-y enough. Millie feullie makes a tasty hazelnut pralined one

The chocolate babka at Prodigy is pretty incredible too.

I'm partial to the brownies at Film Forum and also at the maracon place on 23rd St.

I know bacon is kind of a tired-out trend, but when it comes to salty and sweet, the bacon brownies from Mari's NY are amazing. They're small but pack a big, fudgy, wallop.

I tried the Fat Witch brownies once, they are good, but too small for the big price.

Never tried it! How about the sweet and salty brownie from Baked?
