I'm hoping that someone may have a recipe from an old restaurant in Albany. The dish was medjool dates stuffed with marscapone cheese, blood orange slices and pistachios. They were served on a bed of caramel. It was an amazing dish!
Credit where credit is due to Diane Posner, the chefhttp://chowhound.chow.com/topics/487379#3391215The hard part is making the caramel sauce from molten sugar.http://whatscookingamerica.net/Sauces...Add 1 cup hot water as last step.
Thanks. I looked at the links but could not see a recipe. Many thanks
