Vanilla Fig Balsamic Vinegar??

So I bought a bottle of this at Home Goods today and was wondering if I can pout this over fresh strawberries (w/some sugar) and fresh whipped cream?

I have used fig balsamic in numerous pork and chicken dishes, but this has vanilla. I just don't want to put it on something and taste horrible. What else can I use it for?
