Does anyone know where I can get these on DVD? I searched the obvious places like Amazon and the Food Network as well as youtube, but it appears they're not for sale at least in the UK. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

I really do not think these were ever put on video/DVD and offered for sale, so I doubt they would be on eBay unless they are home "bootlegged" versions.

Since I didn't follow the show, I had no idea it played as (food) comedy.

I've been looking for years. They used to sell them on Food Network as DVDs, but I slept and never ordered. Too bad, too, because now I can't find them anywhere.

I had this problem a few years ago trying to get K. Floyd's DVDs.
I ended up contacting his marketing agency.
I'm sure Molto has an agency that handles his business affairs.
Try this site. http://mariobatali.com/ Contact someone there. If such DVDs exist, which they must someone on his website will tell you.
          Good luck.

Unless FN has the rights to them.

A quick search does not turn up anything. Not everything is available on DVD. Sometimes questions to the rights hold up such things.
